Received email from Billy Earl Johnson, he was in the chopper behind the one Johnny Mack Tinney, aka MOHAWK, was in on Feb 7, 1971. It was nice to hear from someone that knew my Uncle. If anyone else knew Mohawk I would appeciate hearing from you.

Nov. 4,1969. My most memorable day in Vietnam. That was one night I should not have survived, but here I am. I lift one high to the troopers that had my back that night. Thanks guys....Doc

Welcome Home Brothers and Sisters I went to Nam in April of 1968, was in the 156th H.E.M., Marble Mountain, DaNang for about 2 months (was there at 3 A.M. on 05 May 1968 when our unit got a rocket attack, one made a direct hit on our tent, 5 men were killed, I still have dreams and nightmares about the detail I was on to pick up "body parts") They sent me TDY for 9 months up to Phu Bai to the 578th L.E.M. as the only Direct Support Repairman for the FADAC ARtillery Computer in 68-69. Would love to hear from anyone that was in my unit at that time.
