Summary November 1970

Patrolling rice paddies and setting up night ambushes outside the villages of Binh Tuy Province (northeast of Saigon) was the order of the day.  The mission was to protect the villages and deny food to the enemy during the rice harvest, but it was hot and boring work.  The month was spent operating out of FSB Peggy.
